Effective August 2026
| Important: These General Terms apply across SuperStrike. Each Competition Page and any Specific Competition Rules form part of the contract and may add to or override these General Terms for that competition only. |
1.1 The Promoter is Entragen Limited, company number 12863072, whose registered office is at 5 The Walk, Beccles, England, NR34 9AJ, trading as SuperStrike Competitions (“SuperStrike”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 Our correspondence address is Entragen Ltd t/a SuperStrike Competitions, Office 164747, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Dorset, BH16 6FH.
1.3 You may contact us at info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk. The official website is superstrikecompetitions.co.uk (the “Website”).
2.1 These General Terms apply to use of the Website, customer accounts and all prize draws, instant-win promotions, free draws, competitions, rewards and related promotions operated by SuperStrike unless Specific Competition Rules expressly state otherwise.
2.2 SuperStrike may operate different formats from time to time, including scratch-card-style instant wins, product instant wins, lifestyle or experience instant wins, Gold Rush promotions and other formats introduced in future. A promotion may include instant-win prizes, a post-closure Main Draw (which may be marketed as a “Jackpot Draw”), or both.
2.3 The word “Competition” is used in these Terms as a convenient commercial description of a SuperStrike promotion. Unless Specific Competition Rules expressly provide for a genuine skill, knowledge or judgement mechanic, winners are selected by chance and the use of the word “Competition” does not imply otherwise.
2.4 Where a Competition has a paid entry route, it will also provide the free postal entry route described in clause 4. The free route is intended to operate as a genuine free-entry route and paid and free entries are treated identically when prizes are allocated.
2.5 The Competition Page and any Specific Competition Rules form part of the contract with the Entrant. They will identify the material terms for that Competition, including its format, Opening Date, Closing Date, entry price, free-entry route, entry limits, prizes, winner-selection method and any significant prize or claim conditions.
2.6 If Specific Competition Rules conflict with these General Terms, the Specific Competition Rules take priority only for the subject matter of that Competition. These General Terms continue to apply to all matters not specifically displaced.
2.7 The Privacy Policy, Site Credit Terms, Lucky Coin Terms, Founding Membership Terms, Founding Members Free Competition Rules, Progressive Gold Vault Terms, Gold Rush Rules and any other published product-specific terms are incorporated where relevant.
3.1 Each Competition runs from the opening date and time shown on its Competition Page (the “Opening Date”) until the closing date and time shown there (the “Closing Date”). Unless expressly stated otherwise, all dates and times are London time.
3.2 After a Competition opens, we will not change the Opening Date, Closing Date or another material condition merely to increase entry sales. A material change will be made only where required by law or a regulator, necessary to correct an obvious error or address fraud or serious technical failure, or where exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control make the change unavoidable. Any permitted change will be communicated fairly and promptly.
3.3 All entries must be received and successfully recorded by the published Closing Date and time. Late entries are invalid. If a paid entry is taken after the Closing Date because of a SuperStrike system error, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.
3.4 If there is an overall entry cap, a maximum number of entries per person, or another material entry restriction, it will be stated on the Competition Page before entry. Entrants may submit multiple entries up to the applicable limits while entries remain available.
3.5 All Entrants, including postal free-entry Entrants, must hold one valid SuperStrike account. Only one account per person is permitted. Business, fictitious, proxy, duplicate, automated or manipulated accounts are prohibited.
3.6 For a paid online entry, the Entrant must sign in to a valid account, select the Competition and number of entries, review the price and material conditions, make the required payment and complete any other steps stated on the Competition Page. A paid entry is complete when payment has been authorised and the entry is successfully recorded by our systems, subject to later refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud findings or manifest error.
3.7 Entries and information required to process an entry must be submitted in English so that SuperStrike can administer and verify the Competition consistently. We will not reject an entry merely because of an immaterial spelling or formatting error where the information can reasonably be understood and verified.
3.8 For paid online entries, we will normally provide electronic confirmation that the entry has been received. A confirmation message is evidence of system receipt but does not prevent later verification of eligibility, payment validity, fraud or manifest error.
3.9 We are not responsible for an entry that is not received or cannot be completed because of an Entrant’s device, connectivity, email provider, payment provider or other third-party failure outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude responsibility for a failure caused by SuperStrike or affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3.10 By submitting an entry, the Entrant confirms that they meet the eligibility requirements and agree to be bound by these General Terms, the Competition Page and any Specific Competition Rules applicable to that Competition.
4.1 Every Competition offering paid entry under this model will also offer a free postal entry route. The free route will be clearly and prominently displayed alongside the paid route and will not be treated differently by the system that determines prizes.
4.2 To enter for free, send an individual entry by first or second class post to: Entragen Ltd t/a SuperStrike Competitions, Office 164747, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Dorset, BH16 6FH. Hand-delivered entries are not accepted. Premium postal services are not required and do not improve the chance of winning.
4.3 Each postal entry must clearly state: (a) the name of the Competition; (b) the Entrant’s full name; (c) residential address; (d) telephone number; (e) email address matching the SuperStrike account; and (f) any further information stated on the Competition Page as necessary for all Entrants.
4.4 Each free postal entry must be posted separately. Multiple entries enclosed in one envelope will not be treated as multiple free entries. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries that cannot be matched to a valid account, and entries received after the Closing Date may be rejected.
4.5 A valid postal entry will receive the paid-equivalent number of entries required so that the free route is not more expensive per resulting opportunity than the applicable paid route. Where the paid entry price is below the normal cost of second-class postage, SuperStrike may allocate multiple entries from one valid postal submission so that the free route remains compliant. The applicable equivalence will be calculated by reference to the current postal cost and paid entry price rather than a historic fixed stamp price.
4.6 Postal entries must be received before the Closing Date and time. Proof of posting does not prove receipt. We do not normally acknowledge postal entries individually.
4.7 If an overall entry cap is reached before a postal entry is received and processed, the postal entry cannot be accepted. We will not manipulate an entry cap, closing date or allocation process in order to disadvantage free Entrants.
4.8 A valid postal entry is included in the same eligible pool as a paid entry. Winner-selection systems must not recognise paid and free entries as different for the purpose of allocating prizes.
5.1 The winner-selection method for each Competition will be stated on the Competition Page or in Specific Competition Rules. Unless another lawful method is expressly stated, winners will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries using an independent third-party or other verifiably random process capable of audit.
5.2 For a Main Draw or Jackpot Draw, every valid eligible entry in the Competition will be included in the draw unless the Competition Page clearly states a narrower qualifying condition before entry. The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable after the Competition closes and normally within 7 days, unless a specific draw date is published.
5.3 A Competition may use an automated draw process and SuperStrike may choose to livestream the actual draw. Unless the Competition Page expressly guarantees a live broadcast, a livestream is not a condition of a valid draw. If a livestream cannot take place, is interrupted or fails because of technical, platform, connectivity or other circumstances beyond SuperStrike’s reasonable control, the actual draw may still be conducted using the applicable approved random-selection process. SuperStrike will retain appropriate records capable of demonstrating the eligible entry pool and the genuine draw result. A draw will not be recreated, re-enacted or re-run merely for presentation purposes. Any recording presented as footage of a draw will be footage of the actual draw concerned. The validity of a draw depends on the winner having been selected fairly from the applicable pool of valid entries in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Specific Competition Rules, and not on the draw being broadcast live.
5.4 Where instant-win prizes are offered, the Competition Page will explain the instant-win mechanic and the nature and number of prizes. Instant-win tickets, entry numbers, outcomes or winning moments will be allocated on a fair and random basis. Entrants will be told immediately whether they have won and what they have won, subject to verification.
5.5 SuperStrike will maintain records and, where required, independent audit evidence sufficient to demonstrate that instant-win prizes were distributed or made available for distribution fairly and randomly and that Main Draw winners were selected fairly.
5.6 A displayed, automated or notified winning result remains provisional until identity, age, UK residence, account ownership, entry validity and compliance have been verified and any manifest technical or administrative error has been excluded.
5.7 We maintain an auditable record of valid entries and entry numbers. Where a livestream or genuine recording of an actual draw displays Entrant information, we will limit what is displayed to what is reasonably necessary and consistent with the Privacy Policy. Entry numbers may be displayed. Names or other identifying information will be displayed only where appropriately disclosed and lawful.
5.8 For entry support, contact info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk.
6.1 Unless Specific Competition Rules impose a narrower requirement, Competitions are open only to natural persons aged 18 or over who are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom and legally permitted to enter.
6.2 Employees, officers and contractors of SuperStrike, employees of agents or suppliers professionally connected with a Competition or its administration, and members of their immediate households are not eligible where their participation could compromise fairness or integrity.
6.3 By entering, you confirm that you are eligible to enter and to claim any prize. We may require reasonable evidence of identity, age, UK residence, account ownership, payment ownership and eligibility. Failure to provide information reasonably required for verification within the applicable claim period may prevent us from confirming an award.
6.4 Automatically generated entries, bots, scripts, bulk-entry services, false identities, proxy entries, duplicate accounts and incomplete entries may be rejected.
6.5 We may reject or invalidate an entry, suspend or close an account, withhold a provisional award or disqualify a participant where we reasonably determine that there has been fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or concealment, collusion, duplicate-account abuse, false information, chargeback abuse, hacking, unauthorised interference with the Website or code, technical exploitation, abusive use of automation, or another material breach affecting eligibility, security or fairness.
6.6 Threatening, abusive or unlawful conduct towards SuperStrike staff, suppliers, winners or other users may result in proportionate account restrictions. We will not use subjective dislike, minor discourtesy or an unrelated breach as a pretext to avoid awarding a valid prize.
6.7 Any investigation, disqualification or account sanction will be reasonable and proportionate and based on available evidence. Where practical, we may request an explanation or further evidence before reaching a final decision.
6.8 Paid entries are ordinarily final once validly entered into a live Competition because the competition service begins immediately at the Entrant’s request. However, nothing in these Terms removes a statutory right to a refund or another remedy. If SuperStrike cancels an entry or Competition for reasons attributable to us and cannot fairly preserve the entry or Competition, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund of affected paid entries where required.
6.9 Refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions may be removed from the valid entry pool and from promotional calculations linked to those transactions, provided this is done fairly and consistently.
7.1 The prize or prizes for each Competition will be described on the Competition Page. The description, quantity, material specifications, stated value where relevant, and significant restrictions form part of the Competition terms. We will take reasonable care to ensure that material prize information is accurate and not misleading.
7.2 Prizes may include cash, Site Credit, Lucky Coin Pieces, products, vehicles, experiences, travel, services, combinations of prizes or other items stated on the Competition Page. A Main Draw or Jackpot prize need not be cash.
7.3 If a non-cash prize becomes genuinely unavailable for reasons outside our reasonable control, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value or, where stated or agreed, a cash alternative. We will not substitute a prize merely because it is more expensive or commercially inconvenient to supply.
7.4 Where a cash alternative is available, its amount or the method for determining it will be stated on the Competition Page or offered to the winner. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a winner may not demand a cash alternative. Lucky Coin Pieces are promotional collectibles with no cash value and can never be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
7.5 A product prize may be supplied by a third-party supplier. Where material to the Entrant’s decision, supplier details or material product restrictions will be stated on the Competition Page. Statutory rights in relation to goods and services are not excluded.
7.6 For product prizes, we may make reasonable changes to colour, model year or minor specification where unavoidable, provided the substitute is substantially equivalent and does not materially reduce the advertised value or quality.
7.7 For lifestyle, travel or experience prizes, the Competition Page will state material conditions such as location, number of participants, included and excluded travel or accommodation, booking or expiry periods, age or health restrictions, availability, cancellation conditions and any material third-party terms where relevant.
7.8 If a prize is a vehicle, the Competition Page will state the material conditions. Unless expressly stated otherwise: (a) we will provide a valid MOT where legally required at handover; (b) insurance is not included; (c) road tax is not included unless stated; (d) after handover the winner is responsible for lawful use, insurance, licensing and operation; and (e) the winner is responsible for any legally required safety equipment, licences, qualifications or experience.
7.9 Unless expressly stated otherwise, prizes are personal to the verified winner and may not be sold, assigned or transferred before delivery or payment. This does not prevent a winner from choosing a published cash alternative where one is available.
7.10 Site Credit is promotional account credit and not cash. It is governed by the Site Credit Terms and any expiry, permitted use or restriction disclosed when awarded.
7.11 Lucky Coin Pieces and related Lucky Coin benefits are governed by the Lucky Coin Terms. Lucky Coin Pieces and completed Lucky Coins are never consumed by completing a Lucky Coin or generating Gold Keys, subject to continued eligibility and the applicable product terms.
8.1 SuperStrike’s decisions on the proper administration of a Competition, application of published rules and verification of eligibility are final for operational purposes, subject to our complaints process and any rights or remedies available under law.
8.2 We will make reasonable efforts to contact a provisional winner as soon as practicable using the telephone number, email address or other verified contact details held on the winner’s account.
8.3 Unless Specific Competition Rules provide a different period, a provisional winner must respond and provide reasonably requested verification within 14 days after notification. If the winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond within the claim period, fails verification or is ineligible, the provisional award may be forfeited and a replacement winner selected fairly from the remaining valid eligible entries.
8.4 We will publish or make available limited winner information sufficient to demonstrate that a valid award took place. Depending on the Competition this may include a winner’s surname, county and/or winning entry number. A winner may object to publication of some or all of that information on reasonable grounds by contacting info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk.
8.5 Even where a winner objects to public disclosure, we may provide relevant winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or another competent regulator where lawfully required.
8.6 Additional publicity, interviews, photographs, videos or promotional appearances are voluntary unless expressly agreed with the winner. Refusing optional publicity does not invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
9.1 A prize must normally be claimed by the verified winner personally and may not be claimed by another person on the winner’s behalf unless SuperStrike agrees to a lawful representative arrangement in exceptional circumstances.
9.2 Entrants are responsible for keeping their account contact details accurate and for monitoring relevant service communications. If your details change, notify us as soon as reasonably possible at info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk.
9.3 We may require reasonable proof of identity, age, UK residence, account ownership, eligibility, entry validity and, for a cash payment, ownership of the nominated bank account. Verification is used to administer the Competition, prevent fraud and ensure the prize is delivered to the correct winner.
9.4 Cash prizes will be paid in pounds sterling to a UK bank account held in the winner’s name or jointly in the winner’s name unless another lawful payment method is stated. We aim to make payment within 14 days after satisfactory verification, unless Specific Competition Rules state another period.
9.5 Physical prizes will be delivered or made available for collection as stated on the Competition Page. Where SuperStrike states that insured UK delivery is included, SuperStrike bears that delivery cost. A winner may be required to provide a suitable UK delivery address and reasonable delivery cooperation.
9.6 No fee is payable to claim a prize.
9.7 If a winner cannot lawfully take, use or receive a prize because of a personal circumstance that was clearly disclosed as an eligibility or prize condition before entry, SuperStrike is not required to provide compensation unless a cash alternative or substitute was offered under the Competition terms. This does not affect rights arising from SuperStrike’s own breach or negligence.
10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, we are not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate Entrant details, failure to maintain account access or monitor service communications, third-party network, payment, delivery or platform outages, or events outside our reasonable control, provided we have taken reasonable steps to administer the Competition fairly.
10.3 After lawful delivery or handover of a product, vehicle or experience entitlement, the winner is responsible for their own lawful use and for complying with applicable licences, insurance, safety rules and third-party conditions. This does not exclude liability where loss is caused by SuperStrike’s negligence or breach of statutory duty.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to surrender rights or remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 or other mandatory consumer law.
11.1 We process personal data to create and administer accounts, process entries and payments, verify identity and eligibility, operate draws and instant wins, prevent fraud, contact winners, fulfil prizes, handle complaints, maintain audit records and comply with legal and regulatory obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Where agents, payment providers, delivery companies, prize suppliers, technology providers or professional advisers need personal data to perform services for SuperStrike, we may share the minimum information reasonably necessary for those purposes in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.
11.3 Competition entry and account creation are not conditional on agreeing to electronic direct marketing. Marketing consent and preferences are separate and may be withdrawn in accordance with applicable law. Service communications necessary to administer an account, entry, prize, security matter or complaint are not direct marketing.
11.4 A provisional winner may be required to provide additional personal data and evidence to verify eligibility and transfer or pay the prize. If reasonably required verification information is not provided, we may be unable to confirm the award; this is not treated as withdrawal of marketing consent.
11.5 Winner publicity is governed by clause 8. We will not make participation in optional publicity a condition of receiving a validly won prize unless a specific promotional requirement was lawful, proportionate and clearly disclosed before entry.
11.6 Where referral offers are used, the referred person must provide their own details. SuperStrike will not require an Entrant to provide a friend’s email address or telephone number so that SuperStrike can send unsolicited electronic marketing to that person.
12.1 Before a Competition opens, we may change or withdraw it. After opening, we will hold void, suspend, cancel or materially amend a Competition only where reasonably necessary because of law or regulatory requirements, fraud, security concerns, serious technical failure, manifest error or exceptional circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12.2 Any action under clause 12.1 will be limited to what is reasonably necessary, communicated fairly and will not be used to avoid awarding advertised prizes or to disadvantage Entrants who have already validly participated.
12.3 Where reasonably possible, valid entries will be preserved and the Competition completed fairly. Cancellation is a last resort.
12.4 Unless Specific Competition Rules expressly and lawfully state otherwise before entry, there is no minimum number of paid entries that must be sold for a Competition to proceed. SuperStrike will not cancel, reduce or withhold an advertised prize merely because entry sales are lower than expected.
13.1 We may correct typographical, administrative, technical, software, system or operational errors affecting entries, entry numbers, prize allocation, account balances, Site Credit, Lucky Coin Pieces, Gold Keys or winner selection.
13.2 A clearly erroneous duplicate entry, prize, credit, Piece, Key or other manifest system result does not create an entitlement that would not otherwise have existed. Where an error affects a draw or award, we will take reasonable steps to restore a fair outcome.
13.3 We will not rely on an error, fraud investigation or system correction merely to avoid awarding a valid prize because the prize has become more expensive than expected.
14.1 Site Credit is promotional account credit, not cash, and is governed by the Site Credit Terms. The amount, permitted uses, expiry and material restrictions will be disclosed when the credit is awarded.
14.2 Lucky Coin Pieces, completed Lucky Coins, Lucky Coin Numbers and Gold Keys are governed by the Lucky Coin Terms and, where relevant, the Progressive Gold Vault Terms. Lucky Coin Pieces have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for cash.
14.3 Founding Membership, Gold Rush, the Progressive Gold Vault and other product-specific promotions are governed by their separate published terms, which take priority for their specific subject matter.
15.1 Questions or complaints may be sent to info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk or by post to Entragen Ltd t/a SuperStrike Competitions, Office 164747, Courier Point, 13 Freeland Park, Dorset, BH16 6FH.
15.2 Please identify the relevant account, Competition, entry or prize and provide enough information for us to investigate. We will investigate complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.
16.1 We may update these General Terms from time to time for legal, regulatory, security, technical, operational or commercial reasons. The current version will be published on the Website. A material change will not retrospectively remove a prize already validly won or another vested consumer right, except where required by law, necessary to correct manifest error or justified by fraud.
16.2 A material breach of these Terms may result in proportionate restrictions on participation or future account use. We will not exercise a contractual discretion arbitrarily or for the purpose of avoiding a valid prize obligation.
16.3 Competitions promoted through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube or another third-party platform are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise. The platform is not responsible for administering or awarding SuperStrike prizes.
16.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
16.5 A failure or delay by SuperStrike in exercising a contractual right does not by itself waive that right.
16.6 You should save or print a copy of these Terms and the applicable Competition Page or Specific Competition Rules for your records.
17.1 These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales.
17.2 A consumer may bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which they live where mandatory consumer law permits. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer’s mandatory jurisdiction rights.

8.1 SuperStrike may allocate non-guaranteed Random Founder Rewards during the promotion. Material details of any reward pool actually used will be disclosed on the relevant page before or at participation.
8.2 Any social-media or Refer-a-Friend reward promoted alongside this competition is a separate optional promotion governed by published terms and is not required for entry, Founding Membership or the Founders Vault Draw.
9.1 Provisional winners must respond and complete reasonably requested verification within 14 days of notification. Cash payments are targeted within 14 days after successful verification. No fee is payable to claim any prize.
9.2 The fraud, correction, changes, cancellation, data-protection, winner-information, liability, statutory-rights, complaints, governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the General Terms apply.
9.3 Questions or complaints may be sent to info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk or the correspondence address in the General Terms.
SUPERSTRIKE LUCKY COIN
Terms and Conditions
Effective August 2026
1.1 The Lucky Coin programme is operated by Entragen Limited, company number 12863072, of 5 The Walk, Beccles, England, NR34 9AJ, trading as SuperStrike Competitions.
1.2 These Terms govern Lucky Coin Pieces, completed Lucky Coins, Lucky Coin Numbers and related promotional eligibility. They must be read with the General Site and Competition Terms, Privacy Policy and the specific terms of any activity through which a Piece or completed Lucky Coin is awarded.
1.3 The General Terms are the general contractual layer. Specific competition or Progressive Gold Vault terms take priority only for their specific activity.
1.4 Lucky Coin is promotional only. It is not a financial product, investment, cryptocurrency, savings arrangement or transferable asset.
2.1 Participation is available only to natural persons aged 18 or over who are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, hold a valid active SuperStrike account and satisfy the General Terms and the rules of the qualifying activity.
2.2 One account per person applies. SuperStrike may require reasonable identity, age, residence, account ownership and eligibility evidence.
3.1 A Lucky Coin Piece is a digital promotional collectible recorded against a member’s SuperStrike account. Eight valid Pieces form one completed Lucky Coin.
3.2 Pieces may be won or awarded through selected competitions, including Gold Rush instant wins, promotions, campaigns, membership benefits or other activities expressly identified by SuperStrike. Not every activity offers a Piece.
3.3 The applicable activity page or rules will state whether Pieces are available, how they may be obtained and any significant restrictions.
3.4 Lucky Coin Pieces have no cash value and can never be redeemed or exchanged for cash. They are personal and non-transferable and cannot be sold, assigned, gifted, exchanged or traded.
3.5 A member’s Piece balance is determined from SuperStrike’s electronic records, subject to correction of manifest, technical, fraud-related or administrative error and the member’s right to complain.
3.6 A valid Piece does not expire while the account remains valid and eligible unless an expiry was clearly disclosed before the member took the action by which the Piece was obtained.
4.1 A Piece is validly awarded when the relevant qualifying conditions have been met and the Piece has been recorded on the member’s account.
4.2 A provisional or erroneous Piece may be withheld, removed or corrected where it results from an invalid entry, refund, reversal, chargeback, fraud, duplicate account, technical fault or manifest error. SuperStrike will act reasonably and proportionately.
5.1 When eight valid Pieces are recorded on an eligible account, those Pieces form one completed Lucky Coin and the member becomes a Lucky Coin Holder in respect of that coin, subject to verification.
5.2 SuperStrike will allocate a unique Lucky Coin Number to each completed Lucky Coin. The number is an identifier only and has no cash value.
5.3 Completing a Lucky Coin never consumes, redeems, removes or extinguishes any underlying Piece. The Pieces remain valid and recorded on the account.
5.4 A completed Lucky Coin is itself never consumed by participation in a promotion, draw or other Lucky Coin Holder opportunity. It remains associated with the valid account while eligibility continues.
5.5 Each additional set of eight valid Pieces forms an additional completed Lucky Coin with a separate Lucky Coin Number. A member may hold multiple completed Lucky Coins.
5.6 Lucky Coin No. 0001 is reserved for award as part of the Founders Vault prize under the Founding Members Free Competition Rules and does not require the winner independently to accumulate eight Pieces.
6.1 Lucky Coin Numbers are allocated by SuperStrike in accordance with its recorded allocation sequence and any specific promotion rules. They cannot be selected, sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged or traded.
6.2 Where an applicable offer provides a physical commemorative coin, that item is commemorative only. Account status, Piece ownership, Lucky Coin status and promotional eligibility are determined by SuperStrike’s electronic records.
6.3 Any physical-coin offer will disclose material fulfilment, delivery and replacement terms before qualification.
7.1 SuperStrike may offer competitions, free draws, rewards, Site Credit, free entries, early access, events or other opportunities to Lucky Coin Holders or holders of specified Lucky Coin Numbers.
7.2 Each opportunity will have published terms setting out significant conditions. Unless expressly guaranteed, Lucky Coin status does not guarantee any minimum number, frequency or value of future opportunities.
8.1 At the published Gold Key Cut-Off for a Progressive Gold Vault draw, each valid Lucky Coin Piece on an eligible account automatically generates one Gold Key for that draw. A completed Lucky Coin is not required.
8.2 Generating a Gold Key never consumes, redeems, transfers, removes or reduces the underlying Piece. The same valid Piece may generate a new Gold Key in each later eligible Vault cycle.
8.3 Gold Keys are automatic digital draw entries. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased separately or transferred, and apply only to the draw for which they are generated.
8.4 A Piece awarded after a published cut-off will not generate a Gold Key for the closed draw but may generate a Gold Key for a later draw if eligibility continues.
9.1 A qualifying Founding Member receives one Lucky Coin Piece under the Founding Membership Terms and Founding Members Free Competition Rules.
9.2 The initial Gold Rush Competition will include eight Lucky Coin Pieces among its instant-win prizes. A Piece won in Gold Rush is governed by these Terms and has no cash alternative, even where other Gold Rush prizes may be exchanged for a published cash alternative.
9.3 Future Gold Rush competitions may offer a different number of Pieces or none at all, as stated in the applicable Gold Rush rules before entry.
10.1 A member must maintain a valid account to use Lucky Coin benefits. If the account is voluntarily closed, permanently excluded or lawfully terminated, future use of Pieces, completed Lucky Coins, Lucky Coin Numbers and associated promotional eligibility may end, without affecting a prize already validly won or rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
10.2 SuperStrike may suspend or invalidate affected items during or after a reasonable investigation into fraud, duplicate accounts, automation, manipulation, technical exploitation, false information or material breach. Decisions will be reasonable and proportionate.
10.3 Manifest technical or administrative errors may be corrected. SuperStrike will not remove a validly earned Piece, Lucky Coin or benefit simply because a promotion proved more costly or successful than expected.
11.1 SuperStrike may update the Programme or these Terms for legitimate legal, regulatory, security, technical, operational or commercial reasons, but a material change will not retrospectively remove a validly earned Piece, completed Lucky Coin or prize except where necessary to comply with law, correct manifest error or address fraud.
11.2 Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Participation is not conditional on consenting to electronic direct marketing.
11.3 The liability, consumer-rights, complaints, governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the General Terms apply. Questions or complaints may be sent to info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk or the correspondence address in the General Terms.
“Completed Lucky Coin” means eight valid Lucky Coin Pieces recorded as complete by SuperStrike, or a complete Lucky Coin expressly awarded under specific promotion terms.
“Gold Key” means a non-transferable digital entry generated from one valid Piece for a specified Progressive Gold Vault draw.
“Lucky Coin Holder” means an eligible member whose account records at least one completed Lucky Coin.
“Lucky Coin Number” means the unique identifier allocated by SuperStrike to a completed Lucky Coin.
“Lucky Coin Piece” or “Piece” means a digital promotional collectible contributing to completion of a Lucky Coin and, where applicable, generating Gold Keys.

1.1 The promoter is Entragen Limited, company number 12863072, of 5 The Walk, Beccles, England, NR34 9AJ, trading as SuperStrike Competitions.
1.2 These Rules govern the initial SuperStrike Gold Rush Competition. They must be read with the General Site and Competition Terms, Privacy Policy, Lucky Coin Terms and Progressive Gold Vault Terms.
1.3 These Rules take priority for matters specific to Gold Rush. The General Terms continue to apply to all matters not specifically displaced.
2.1 Entry is open only to natural persons aged 18 or over who are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, hold one valid SuperStrike account and satisfy the General Terms.
2.2 Employees, officers and contractors of SuperStrike, persons professionally connected with administration of the Competition, and members of their immediate households are excluded where participation could compromise fairness or integrity.
2.3 SuperStrike may require reasonable evidence of identity, age, UK residence, account ownership, payment ownership and compliance before confirming an entry or prize.
3.1 The initial Gold Rush Competition opens at 12:00 noon GMT on 1 January 2027 and closes at 12:00 noon GMT on 30 January 2027 (the “Promotion Period”).
3.2 The precise dates and times control. References in marketing to a number of “days” are descriptive only and do not override the stated opening and closing times.
3.3 Entries received before opening or at or after the closing time are invalid, subject to the postal receipt rules in the General Terms.
4.1 The paid-entry price, any paid-entry packages, the overall maximum number of entries and any per-person entry limit will be determined and published prominently on the Competition Page before entries open.
4.2 Those published details form part of these Rules. SuperStrike will not introduce a new entry cap or materially alter the price or entry-limit structure after opening merely to improve commercial returns.
4.3 Paid and free postal entries count towards the same applicable total and per-person entry limits.
5.1 Entrants may enter through the paid online route displayed on the Competition Page or through the free postal route in clause 5 of the General Terms.
5.2 Each compliant postal entry must be sent separately by first or second class post, be received before the closing time and contain the information required by the General Terms and Competition Page.
5.3 The Competition Page will state the paid-equivalent number of entries allocated to each valid postal entry where required to ensure the free route is not more expensive or less convenient in substance.
5.4 Paid and free entries are placed in the same prize-allocation pool and the systems used for instant wins and the final draw must not distinguish between the two entry routes.
6.1 The initial Gold Rush includes instant-win prizes. The complete prize ladder, number of each prize, stated value and any cash alternative will be published on the Competition Page before entries open and will form part of these Rules.
6.2 The initial prize ladder will include eight Lucky Coin Pieces, each awarded as an instant-win prize. Every valid Gold Rush entry has the same applicable chance of being allocated an instant-win outcome through the stated mechanism.
6.3 Lucky Coin Pieces are governed by the Lucky Coin Terms. They have no cash value and no cash alternative. They are never consumed when they contribute to a completed Lucky Coin or generate Gold Keys.
6.4 Other non-cash Gold Rush instant-win prizes may be exchanged by the verified winner for the published cash alternative stated for that prize on the Competition Page. Cash prizes are paid at their stated cash amount.
6.5 Instant-win tickets, entry numbers, outcomes or winning moments will be allocated fairly and randomly. SuperStrike will obtain or retain appropriate independent audit evidence that advertised prizes were distributed or made available for distribution in the stated manner.
6.6 A participant will know immediately whether an entry has produced an instant win and how to claim it without payment or unreasonable administrative barriers, subject to verification.
6.7 Instant win competitions can be entered through the free postal entry method too
7.1 Every valid eligible Gold Rush entry, whether paid or free, is included in the final Gold Rush Jackpot draw.
7.2 The initial Gold Rush Jackpot is one 2.5g 24ct certified gold bar plus £150 cash.
7.3 The Competition Page will identify the gold bar more fully before opening, including any material supplier/refiner information available at that time, and will state the cash alternative available instead of the gold bar. If the winner chooses that cash alternative, the £150 cash element remains payable in addition.
7.4 SuperStrike will pay the reasonable cost of insured delivery of the gold bar to the verified winner at an eligible UK address. Risk in the physical gold bar passes on confirmed delivery.
7.5 A future Gold Rush Competition may have a different final Jackpot and different instant-win ladder. The prize details for each future Gold Rush must be published before that competition opens and do not create an entitlement to repeat the initial prize structure.
8.1 After the Competition closes and the eligible pool is finalised, the Gold Rush Jackpot winner will be selected at random using an independent third-party random number generator or another verifiably random third-party process capable of audit.
8.2 SuperStrike intends to determine and announce the initial Gold Rush Jackpot winner during the evening of 30 January 2027.
8.3 SuperStrike may livestream the draw or announcement, but a livestream is not guaranteed. A technical or platform failure affecting a livestream does not invalidate a properly conducted auditable draw. If a live broadcast is not reasonably possible, SuperStrike may conduct the draw securely off-stream and publish the result as soon as reasonably practicable.
8.4 The announced winner is provisional until eligibility, account and entry verification are complete.
9.1 Except for Lucky Coin Pieces, a non-cash prize in the initial Gold Rush may be exchanged for the cash alternative published for that prize before entry. A winner must choose between the physical/non-cash prize and its cash alternative; they are not entitled to both unless the prize description expressly states otherwise.
9.2 A provisional winner must respond and complete reasonably requested verification within 14 days after notification, unless a longer period is stated on the Competition Page.
9.3 Cash prizes and cash alternatives will be paid in accordance with the General Terms, normally within 14 days after satisfactory verification. No fee is payable to claim.
9.4 If a provisional winner is ineligible, fails verification, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts or fails to claim in time, the applicable prize may be forfeited and reallocated fairly in accordance with the General Terms and, where applicable, the instant-win mechanism.
10.1 All valid paid Gold Rush entries contribute to the then-current Progressive Gold Vault in accordance with the Progressive Gold Vault Terms. Free postal entries do not themselves generate a monetary contribution because no entry payment is made, but they are treated identically for Gold Rush prize allocation.
10.2 Entry into Gold Rush does not itself create a Gold Key. Gold Keys are generated only from valid Lucky Coin Pieces held at the published Gold Key Cut-Off.
10.3 For the first Vault cycle, the Gold Key Cut-Off is 12:00 noon GMT on 30 January 2027, the same time the initial Gold Rush closes.
10.4 The Progressive Gold Vault draw is separate from the Gold Rush draw. SuperStrike intends to announce the Progressive Gold Vault winner during the evening of 30 January 2027 after the Gold Rush Jackpot winner has been announced.
11.1 SuperStrike intends to operate Gold Rush periodically, ordinarily once during each calendar quarter, but does not guarantee a fixed number of competitions in any year.
11.2 The next Gold Rush is intended to take place during the period April to June 2027. Its precise opening and closing times, entry price, limits and prize ladder will be published before it opens.
11.3 Each future Gold Rush will be governed by its own specific rules or Competition Page terms together with the General Terms then in force.
12.1 The fraud, technical-error, correction, change, suspension and cancellation provisions in the General Terms apply. SuperStrike will act reasonably and proportionately and will not cancel or alter the Competition merely because entry sales or prize costs differ from expectations.
12.2 Personal data will be processed for account, entry, instant-win allocation, draw, verification, prize fulfilment, fraud prevention, support and legal compliance as described in the Privacy Policy. Entry is not conditional on consenting to electronic direct marketing.
12.3 The winner-information, publicity, liability, statutory-rights, complaints, governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the General Terms apply.
12.4 Questions or complaints may be sent to info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk or the correspondence address stated in the General Terms.
“Competition” means the initial SuperStrike Gold Rush Competition governed by these Rules.
“Competition Page” means the official Website page for the applicable Gold Rush Competition containing its published material conditions.
“Gold Rush Jackpot” means the final-draw prize stated for the applicable Gold Rush Competition.
“Promotion Period” means the period in clause 3.1.
“Progressive Gold Vault” and “Gold Key Cut-Off” have the meanings given in the Progressive Gold Vault Terms.

| First Vault opens | 12:00 noon BST, 13 August 2026 |
| First Gold Key Cut-Off | 12:00 noon GMT, 30 January 2027 |
| Launch Reserve | One-off £888 contribution to the first Vault only |
| Growth | Funded by allocations from all valid paid SuperStrike competition entries plus any discretionary SuperStrike contribution |
| Entry | 1 valid Lucky Coin Piece = 1 Gold Key at the Cut-Off |
| Winner | 1 eligible Gold Key selected at random after Gold Rush |
| Next Vault | Commences 31 January 2027; next cut-off to be published |
1.1 The Progressive Gold Vault is operated by Entragen Limited, company number 12863072, of 5 The Walk, Beccles, England, NR34 9AJ, trading as SuperStrike Competitions.
1.2 These Terms govern accumulation, display, Gold Key allocation, draw and award of the Progressive Gold Vault Prize. They must be read with the General Site and Competition Terms, Privacy Policy, Lucky Coin Terms and the specific terms of the associated Gold Rush Competition.
1.3 The General Terms are the general contractual layer. These Terms take priority for the Progressive Gold Vault only. Gold Rush rules govern Gold Rush itself.
2.1 The Vault is a separate cash prize fund that accumulates alongside qualifying SuperStrike competition activity. It is separate from prizes offered in Gold Rush or any other competition.
2.2 The first Vault cycle opens at 12:00 noon BST on 13 August 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon GMT on 30 January 2027. That closing time is the first Gold Key Cut-Off.
2.3 After the Cut-Off, reconciliation and eligibility checks, one eligible Gold Key is selected at random. The eligible member associated with that Gold Key wins the full final confirmed Vault Prize.
2.4 SuperStrike intends to announce the first Vault winner during the evening of 30 January 2027, after the initial Gold Rush Jackpot winner has been announced.
3.1 The first Progressive Gold Vault gets an £888 head start: SuperStrike will add a one-off £888 Launch Gold Reserve to the first Vault only.
3.2 Future Vaults are not guaranteed to start with £888 or any other minimum balance.
4.1 All valid paid SuperStrike competition entries contribute to the then-current Vault. This includes valid paid entries into Gold Rush and all other paid SuperStrike competitions.
4.2 The contribution is funded by SuperStrike from paid competition revenue. SuperStrike may also make additional discretionary contributions.
4.3 SuperStrike may calculate contributions by percentage, fixed amount per valid paid entry or another internally recorded method. The precise contribution formula need not be published, but SuperStrike will keep adequate records and continuously display the current or estimated Vault balance.
4.4 Refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise invalid paid transactions do not contribute to the final Vault balance.
4.5 Members do not acquire an ownership interest in money allocated to the Vault before winning. The full final confirmed balance is the cash prize awarded under these Terms.
5.1 The Website will continuously display the current Vault balance or current estimated balance. The display may update periodically rather than immediately after every transaction.
5.2 After the cycle closes, SuperStrike will reconcile qualifying transactions and confirm the final prize value. It may differ from an earlier displayed estimate because of pending payments, refunds, cancellations, reversals, chargebacks, fraud, calculation delay or manifest error.
5.3 The final prize will not be less than the valid accumulated balance after legitimate refunds, reversals and corrections are applied.
6.1 Lucky Coin Pieces are governed by the Lucky Coin Terms. A completed Lucky Coin is not required to participate in a Vault draw.
6.2 At the published Gold Key Cut-Off, each valid Lucky Coin Piece held on an eligible account automatically generates one Gold Key for that draw. For example, 1 Piece generates 1 Gold Key and 8 Pieces generate 8 Gold Keys.
6.3 Generating a Gold Key never consumes, redeems, transfers, removes or reduces the underlying Piece. The same valid Piece may generate a new Gold Key in every later Vault cycle for which the account remains eligible.
6.4 Gold Keys are automatic digital draw entries, are not physical items, require no payment or activation, have no cash value, cannot be purchased separately or transferred, and apply only to the draw for which they are generated.
6.5 Gold Keys do not constitute entries into Gold Rush or any other main competition.
7.1 Gold Key allocation is determined by the valid Pieces recorded on an eligible account at the published Cut-Off date and time.
7.2 The first Cut-Off is 12:00 noon GMT on 30 January 2027, corresponding with the close of the initial Gold Rush Competition.
7.3 A Piece awarded after the Cut-Off does not generate a Gold Key for that closed draw but may generate one for the next Vault cycle if eligibility continues.
8.1 A participant must be a natural person aged 18 or over, ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, hold a valid active SuperStrike account and at least one valid Lucky Coin Piece at the Cut-Off, and satisfy the General Terms and Lucky Coin Terms.
8.2 Employees, officers and contractors of SuperStrike, persons involved in draw administration and members of their immediate households are excluded where participation could compromise fairness or integrity.
8.3 No separate purchase or payment is required to generate a Gold Key once a valid Piece is held. Holding a Piece or Gold Key does not guarantee a win.
9.1 After the Cut-Off and necessary validation, SuperStrike will compile the eligible Gold Key pool.
9.2 One Gold Key will be selected at random using an independent third-party random number generator or other verifiably random process capable of audit.
9.3 The account holder associated with the selected Gold Key is the provisional winner, subject to identity, account and eligibility verification.
9.4 If the selected Gold Key is invalid or its holder is ineligible or fails verification, a replacement Gold Key will be selected at random from the remaining eligible pool. The process will repeat until an eligible winner is confirmed.
9.5 A livestream or live announcement may be used but is not guaranteed. Technical failure affecting a livestream does not invalidate a properly conducted auditable draw.
10.1 The provisional winner will be contacted using verified account details and must respond and provide reasonably requested verification within 14 days of notification.
10.2 If the provisional winner cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, does not respond in time, provides materially false information, fails verification or is ineligible, the provisional award is forfeited and a replacement Gold Key selected.
10.3 The verified winner receives the full final confirmed cash value of the Vault in pounds sterling. SuperStrike aims to pay within 14 days after satisfactory verification. No fee is payable to claim.
11.1 After the first Vault closes and its prize is validly awarded, the next Vault cycle will commence on 31 January 2027 at the commencement time published on the Website.
11.2 The precise Gold Key Cut-Off for that next cycle will be published before it becomes material to participation. SuperStrike currently intends the associated next Gold Rush to occur during April to June 2027, with exact dates to be announced.
11.3 Except for the one-off first-cycle £888 Launch Gold Reserve, a later Vault may begin at £0 unless SuperStrike chooses to add a discretionary contribution.
11.4 SuperStrike intends Gold Rush to run periodically, ordinarily once during each calendar quarter, but does not guarantee a fixed number of competitions or Vault draws in any year.
12.1 Refunded, cancelled, reversed, charged-back, fraudulent or otherwise invalid transactions do not contribute to the final Vault balance and provisional displayed amounts attributable to them may be corrected.
12.2 SuperStrike may correct technical, administrative or human errors affecting the displayed balance, Piece balance, Gold Key allocation or draw where reasonably necessary to restore a fair outcome.
12.3 Fraud, duplicate accounts, manipulation, bots, technical exploitation, false information or other material breach may result in affected Gold Keys being withheld or invalidated after a reasonable and proportionate investigation.
13.1 After a Vault cycle begins, material terms will be changed only where required by law or a regulator, necessary to correct obvious error or address fraud or serious technical failure, or reasonably necessary because of exceptional circumstances outside SuperStrike’s control.
13.2 Any change will be limited to what is reasonably necessary, communicated fairly and will not unfairly disadvantage members who already qualified. SuperStrike will not cancel or withhold an accumulated prize merely because sales or prize value differ from commercial expectations.
13.3 If a draw cannot proceed as planned, SuperStrike will take reasonable steps to preserve valid Gold Keys and award the accumulated prize fairly as soon as reasonably practicable.
14.1 Personal data is processed to administer the Vault, allocate Gold Keys, conduct the draw, verify eligibility, contact and pay the winner, prevent fraud, provide support and comply with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 Vault participation is not conditional on consenting to electronic direct marketing. Necessary service communications are separate from marketing.
14.3 The winner-information, publicity, liability, statutory-rights, complaints, governing-law and jurisdiction provisions in the General Terms apply.
14.4 Questions or complaints may be sent to info@superstrikecompetitions.co.uk or the correspondence address in the General Terms.
